Building Smart, Building Safe

Building Smart. Building Safe.
Celebrating Construction Safety Week 2025

At Advent Building, we’re proud to join builders across the country in recognizing Construction Safety Week 2025—a time to refocus on what matters most: protecting the health and wellbeing of the men and women who bring our projects to life.

This year’s theme, “Value Every Voice,” reminds us that safety is a shared responsibility. Everyone on site has a role to play—and a right to speak up when something isn’t safe. Here are a few simple, effective ways we keep our job sites safe every day:

  • Roof Harnesses & Fall Protection
Our team uses OSHA-compliant roof harness systems when working at height to prevent serious injury from falls.

  • Scaffold Safety Measures
All scaffolding includes proper guardrails, access points, and toe boards to protect those working above ground.

  • Rebar Protection
We cover exposed vertical rebar with caps to eliminate impalement hazards.

  • Fall Barriers at Key Openings
Temporary barriers or guardrails are installed at balconies, stairwells, elevator shafts, and open decks.

  • Clear Walkways & Jobsite Cleanliness
A clean jobsite is a safer jobsite. We keep walking paths free of tripping hazards and debris.

Construction Safety Week is a great time to shine a light on practices we prioritize year-round. At Advent Building, safety isn’t just a policy—it’s a culture. Because when we take care of our people, everything else builds from there.
